These terms explain how ponukas, custom production, montáž, záruka and servis are handled for our hliníkový plot projects.

Poskytujeme konzultáciu, obhliadku, odporúčanie produktu, zameranie na mieru, vlastnú výrobu, práškové lakovanie, dodanie, montáž a dohodnutý pozáručný servis.
Konečný rozsah sa potvrdzuje v písomnej ponuke alebo potvrdení objednávky. Produktové obrázky, ukážky v galérii a popisy na webe sú informatívne a môžu sa líšiť od finálneho riešenia na mieru.
Initial ponukas are prepared from the information supplied by the customer. A ponuka can change if dimensions, terrain, foundations, access, colour, gate equipment or project scope differ after inspection.
A site visit, measurement or technical consultation does not create an order unless both parties confirm the project terms.
Custom production begins after the customer approves the agreed specification, dimensions, colour, layout and commercial terms.
The customer is responsible for pointing out underground utilities, boundaries, legal restrictions, shared property issues and any conditions that may affect montáž.
Because products are fabricated to measure, changes after production starts may require a revised price or schedule.
Aluminium elements are finished according to the selected colour and surface specification. Minor visual differences can occur between screens, printed samples, batch finishes and real outdoor lighting.
Normal production tolerances, small shade variations and changes caused by natural weather exposure are not considered defects if they do not affect function.
Installation dates depend on production capacity, weather, prepared foundations, site access and customer readiness.
The customer must provide safe access, clear work areas, agreed foundation readiness and any necessary permissions before montáž starts.
If montáž is delayed because the site is not ready, additional travel, storage or labour costs may be charged after prior communication.
Payment terms are stated in the ponuka, order confirmation or invoice. Deposits may be required before custom production.
Ownership of delivered products remains with the supplier until full payment is received, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
Warranty coverage applies to agreed products and montáž work under normal residential use and proper maintenance.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, unapproved modifications, unsuitable foundations, ground movement, extreme weather, third-party work or failure to follow care instructions.
Post-záruka servis can be requested by phone or email. Response time depends on location, season and the nature of the issue.
Zodpovedáme za vady spôsobené našou výrobou alebo montážou v rozsahu platných právnych predpisov a dohodnutých záručných podmienok.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by circumstances outside our control, incorrect customer information, missing permissions or hidden site conditions.
Text, images, layouts, product descriptions and gallery materials on this website are protected content and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
We may update website content, prices, products and availability without prior notice. Confirmed orders are governed by their specific written agreement.
These terms are intended for customers in Slovakia and are interpreted under applicable Slovak law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
